Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns. If you are not happy with a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return.

Return conditions

• You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them, unused and in their original packaging.
• As an EU consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see Widerrufsbelehrung).
• To start a return, email us with your order number — we reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have received them.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in line with EU law.
• Hygiene items (e.g. sleep masks, personal-care devices) can only be returned unopened with the seal intact, unless faulty.
• Received something damaged or wrong? Send us a photo within 7 days and we replace or refund it — no return needed in most cases.

How to start a return

1. Email support@novaora.de with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We send you the return address and instructions within one business day.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging and keep your proof of postage.
4. Once received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Statutory rights

This voluntary 30-day policy does not limit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or your warranty rights for defective goods.
