Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Novaora online store.

1. Scope and contracting party

The contract is concluded with the operator of Novaora named in the Impressum (Abdihakin Omar Mohamed). These terms apply exclusively; deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button at Shopify Checkout you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. The order confirmation email documents receipt of your order; the contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending a shipping confirmation or delivering the goods, at the latest within 5 days.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges may vary by destination and are shown at checkout where required. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by Shopify or the respective payment provider.

4. Delivery

International shipping is available to supported destinations, including the European Union, United States, and Canada. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at Shopify checkout based on the customer’s destination and order. Delivery times vary by destination, product and fulfillment location. The estimated delivery information and available shipping options are shown at checkout where available. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery is made to the delivery address you specify. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments without delay.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Widerrufsbelehrung. In addition, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy (Returns & Refunds) that does not restrict your statutory rights.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB). If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the law. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Product information

Products are supplied by selected third-party manufacturers and partners. Colours may vary slightly from screen display. Dimensions and specifications on the product pages are those provided by the manufacturer.

9. Dispute resolution, applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
